Blackland Prairie Raptor Center

Brockdale Park, Saturday October 27

It was a beautiful day for a walk in the park, and what could be more perfect than taking a leisurely stroll while learning about birds of prey along the way!  Volunteers from the Blackland Prairie Raptor Center were on hand to give live bird demonstrations, and several booths were set up  where visitors could learn all about daytime and nighttime raptors and other wildlife.
