On Sunday, July 29th, DFW Wildlife Coalition volunteers and guests were treated to an informative and captivating presentation on North Texas reptiles. Diane Baxter, a volunteer with the Coalition for 3 years, enlightened all of us on these mysterious creatures.
Reptiles, especially snakes and lizards, are often feared by many. Diane not only explained the many ways that these animals are beneficial, but she also dispelled some commonly held myths about these misunderstood creatures.
This presentation is the second in a series of educational talks created and presented by WildSpeak!, the Coalition’s newly formed speaker’s bureau.
